Two Ukrainian brothers, Liosza and Dmytro live and work in Poland. It is here that the news of the outbreak of war in Ukraine reaches them. Each of them will eventually have to make a decision. To return to the country where the war broke out or to stay in Poland. This is an intimate story about ordinary people caught up in a huge drama, about a boy who gains his own voice, but at the price of looking into the depths of evil.

Natalia and Malina lead completely different lives. Malina is a rebellious girl searching for her path and trying to figure out what she really wants. Natalia is a famous actress, a respected mother and wife living in a luxurious residence. When, as usual, Malina turns to her sister for help, she meets with a refusal. But spending a few hours with Natalia helps her realize that her sister’s life is full of mysteries.

An electrician – Wiktor moves in with his family to a new apartment, that used to belong to Lech Walesa, a Polish Nobel Peace Prize winner, who started out as an electrician. Wiktor’s wife, Sylwia, starts to make money on foreign tourists, turning their new home into a museum and her husband into Walesa’s impersonator. Sylwia’s new obsession leads to Wiktor’s confrontation with Walesa’s legend.
