Hoda, an Iranian refugee woman, lives in exile in Germany with her boyfriend, Hadi.

A YOUNG SOFIANE
On July 1st, 2005, Zoléra receives a call in the middle of the night; her son Sofiane has had a scooter accident. The doctors inform her that he collided with an ambulance and did not survive. Sofiane’s blood type, A-, suggests intoxication; the young delinquent caused the accident, and the firefighters are not at fault. However, a doubt remains: Sofiane’s blood type was actually “A+.”

I GAZE AT THE SKY
The early days of the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian children displaced by the conflict are brought to a Russian elementary school. One of them turns out to be the long-lost nephew of Victoria, a music teacher of Ukrainian descent. Victoria awakens from the slumber of Russian propaganda and begins a desperate fight to save the boy.
