According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform that:

- Your personal data will be processed in connection with the conducting statutory activity by the Osiedlowy Dom Kultury in Jelenia Góra – within the scope defined by law. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) of GDPR.
- We process your personal data because it is necessary toto be able to contact the Users and respond to the queries that are formulated and for the purpose of providing, managing and improving the services and / or contents offered on the Site.
- As a data controller, we guarantee the fulfillment of all rights under the general Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete Your data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them, not be subject to automated decision-making, and the right to object to processing Your personal data.
You can use these powers:
• regarding the request for data rectification: when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
• in relation to the request to delete data: when your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the Osiedlowy Dom Kultury;

• in order to comply with the obligation arising from the law if your data is processed unlawfully; or the data should be deleted
• in relation to a request to limit data processing: when you notice that the data is incorrect – you may request restricting the processing of your data for a period allowing us to check the correctness of this data;
• in relation to a request for transfer of data, when the processing of your data takes place on the basis of consent or a contract concluded.

Your personal data may be made available to authorized services and public administration bodies only if the provisions of laws so require or allow it.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making and will be stored for a period of 10 years.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country within the meaning set out in the provisions of the GDPR.
