He was born on November 8, 1978, in Wrocław and was influenced by three phenomena of the 1980s: Star Wars, LEGO blocks and The Muppet Show. The year 1985 turned out to be a breakthrough, as the screening of Return of the Jedi, the sixth part of Star Wars, triggered irreversible changes in Konrad’s life, making him believe that film galaxies are the best place for his future. In high school, he made short films: Alabama (1996), for which he received an award from the Minister of Education. After high school, he went to Australia, as a scholarship holder at the School of Visual Arts in Sydney. In 2004 he returned to Poland to make music videos and commercials. He is the director of feature films Zamiana (2009), W spirali (2015), Return to Legoland/Return to those days (2021) The author of the book Film Self-Realization. He is the leader and singer of the band AKX with four studio albums: So Pure (2011), Legopunk (2016), Dasfurtenfaf (2018), and the latest Play (2021).
