Sandra Korzeniak – one of the most outstanding Polish actresses. She was part of the ensembles of Teatr Stary in Krakow,  Dramatyczny Theater in Warsaw, and TR Warszawa Theater. She created unforgettable roles in productions by Krystian Lupa, Maja Kleczewska, Michał Kotański and Paweł Miśkiewicz. She has been awarded many theater prizes. For the role of Marilyn, in the play “Persona. Marilyn, directed by Krystian Lupa, which – as we can read in the justification – “ redefined the terms of truth and untruth in acting”- in 2009 she was awarded with Polityka’s Passport Award, one of the most important Polish awards. For her role of Mabel in Maja Kleczewska’s play “(Under Pressure” she received among others The main award for the best female role at the International Theater Festival Boska Komedia in Krakow (2018), Golden Mask Award (2019) and the Audience Award and the second acting award at the Kalisz Theater Meetings (2019). Her filmography includes roles in, among others: “The Neighbours” by Grzegorz Królikiewicz, “The Invisible” by Paweł Sala, “Influenza” by Łukasz Barczyk, “The Trouble 2” by Marta Karwowska, “The Hole in the Head” by Paweł Subbotka and in series: “At Home” by HBO, directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski and the latest TVN series, directed by Bartosz Konopka. The films awaiting release are: “The Forest”, directed by Joanna Zastróżna; “The Day, the Night”, directed by Kasia Machałek and Łukasz Machowski; “Absolute Features of Similarity”, directed by Izabella Gustowska and ” Goose”, directed by Maria Wider. In the latest film by Jan P. Matuszyński “Leave no traces” she starred as Barbara Sadowska.
