2022, Los Angeles. Sara is kicked out of her house by her “almost-famous Hollywood sweetheart” fiance. With nothing but a dress on she sets on the road in search of a place to call home. Alone and empty-handed she tries to reconcile with her mother, but her journey takes an unexpected course.

Sara steals a car and takes off. Along her way she meets unusual people and observes the life they lead; misfits who just like her lost their way. She becomes more and more fascinated with the owner of the car she stole, Gregory Milloy. She gets to know hAim night by night while examining all that she finds in the car and eventually decides to find him.
